 2. A balanced life: Using the Wheel of Life tool create a plan to improve areas that need attention. Disciplines and motivations will be implemented, evaluated and assessed in all areas of  ‘life’s buckets!’

 3. Increased self-awareness: You will develop a greater understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, and patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back, destructive habits, or limiting beliefs, also implementing awareness techniques to unpack, and evaluate then avoid situations that increase stress or frustrations. ( Essentially decrease stress!)

 4. Improved mindset: You will learn how to shift your mindset from limiting beliefs to empowering ones, which will help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. We discover who you are, and Y…

 5. Goal setting and action planning: You will set specific, measurable, and achievable goals and create an action plan to achieve them.

 6. Disciplines, habits, Accountability and support: You will have the support of your coach to hold you accountable and provide guidance and encouragement throughout the program. I’ll be in your pocket, the entire way.
